Description
Lgd-4033 (Ligandrol) is a potent, non-steroidal SARM with nanomolar affinity for androgen receptors (ARs), exhibiting strong tissue selectivity for muscle and bone. It functions as a full AR agonist, modulating anabolic gene expression with minimal androgenic effects in non-target tissues. LGD-4033 has high oral bioavailability and a half-life of 24–36 hours. It is metabolized hepatically via cytochrome P450-mediated oxidation and conjugation, with elimination through both renal and biliary excretion pathways.
